MyBIAT is an application that has been designed based on the needs and feedback of our customers. With its high level of security and a simple, intuitive design, MyBIAT offers users a unique digital experience. It will continue to be improved with new features and adaptations inspired by our customers or made possible by technological advancements.

The features of MyBIAT are as follows:

Access to MyBIAT:

- Secure access to the application through login with your email address and a password of your choice. You also have the option to configure a new password in case you forget.
- Faster access to the application through either a unique 6-digit PassCode for your phone, with the ability to configure a new one if you forget the code already set, or through your phone's pre-configured biometric data according to your usage preferences.
- Manual and automatic logout after 5 minutes of inactivity.

Tracking Your Products:

- Instant real-time access to the list of your BIAT accounts and cards, along with their corresponding balances. You can also view the details of your cards.
- Access to the list and details of your credits, including outstanding balances, as well as your Future Projects products, investments, and securities products (SICAV, FCP, and Treasury Bonds), and your Business Travel Allocation accounts.
- Access to the list and details of settled transactions on your accounts and cards, with a 12-month transaction history.
- Access to the list and details of pending transactions related to expenses made with national debit cards, along with the corresponding "Upcoming Balance."
- Filter transactions based on their type (credit or debit), date, and amount. The date filter allows you to display intermediate balances for the chosen period.
- Transaction search capability.
- Real-time updates on transactions and card balances.

Card Management:

- Access to the list of cards, including visuals, status, corresponding balances, and offered benefits.
- Immediate activation and deactivation of cards.
- Loading of BIAT prepaid cards in TND and DVS currencies.
- Access to canceled transactions in the card statement.

Transfers:

- Secure transfers in dinars and foreign currencies to the user's own BIAT accounts, with validation through SMS code or biometric validation.
- Secure transfers in dinars and foreign currencies to other BIAT accounts or accounts in other banks, with validation through SMS code or biometric validation.
- Secure transfers in dinars to the user's Future Projects contracts, with validation through SMS code or biometric validation.
- Beneficiary management.
- Display of reasons for transfer rejections.

Chequebook Management:

- Ordering a new chequebook for an eligible current account, with entering the details regarding the number of pages and crossed/uncrossed mentions.
- Tracking the life cycle and intermediate statuses of ordered chequebooks, if the order is not completed.
- Viewing the properties of the tracked chequebook.

Other Services:

- Control service for the downloaded version of MyBIAT to alert you if you are using an outdated version.
- Push notifications for adding a new account/investment, informing you about the status of a transfer/load operation, cheque events, chequebook orders, and e-statement generation.
- Notification management.
- Contacting the bank for any complaints or information requests via the "Contact Us" menu.
- Downloading a variety of customer documents.
